Has anyone else read this article on scoreless soccer? Anyone have any comments? An interesting quote from the article:
"Let's face it, you know, we're in a win situation every day of our life."

I guarantee that if this goes forward, there will only be scoreless games if no one actually puts the ball in the net. Kids ALWAYS keep track; even in our practices, the players know who won the scrimmage.
ReplyDeleteThis appears like just another way to 'bubble-wrap' our children. Protecting them from disappointment in sports seems counter-intuitive to me.
